Il Giudice italiano della Corte Europea ospite del Corso Robert Schuman

Il Dott. Raffaele Sabato, eletto giudice per l’Italia a gennaio ed in carica dal 4 maggio di quest’anno, sarà ospite del Corso Robert Schuman giovedì 29 agosto.

il Giudice interverrà nel corso delle attività didattiche per un incontro/dibattito de visu moderato dal Prof. Giuseppe Cataldi.

Pare quasi superfluo sottolineare l’importanza dell’occasione nell’ambito della quale, i partecipanti al Corso, potranno dialogare e porre domande direttamente al Giudice della Corte; cogliamo l’occasione per ringraziare pubblicamente il Dott. Sabato per l’opportunità concessa a tutti i nostri discenti.

Raffaele Sabato è il sesto giudice italiano alla Corte di Strasburgo. Prima di lui l’incarico è stato ricoperto da: Giorgio Balladore Pallieri (1959-1980), Carlo Russo (1981-1998), Benedetto Conforti (1998-2001), Vladimiro Zagrebelsky (2001-2010) e Guido Raimondi (2010-2019).
